The hotel's location was exceptional, near various shops and restaurants, offering excellent shopping and dining opportunities. Although the service was generally friendly, there were some instances of confusion with orders. The rooms lacked a microwave and complimentary breakfast but had fitness equipment that was consistently available. The dining options were limited, but the overall experience was positive. The location stood out for its proximity to many attractions and amenities.
The hotel had clean and nice rooms, but the full beds felt more like twins. The welcoming and helpful service was a standout, although the lack of privacy when entering rooms was a downside. The location was convenient with easy access to restaurants, but the stark ambiance was uninviting. The dining experience, while pretty good, could improve by offering a more varied breakfast selection. Overall, a decent place with room for enhancements.
My stay at the hotel was pretty good overall. The rooms were spacious and clean, which I liked, although there was a small disappointment with the size of the full beds. The hotel was clean and nice, but I had a bit of a setback when I was refused to check in for not using my credit card to pay for the room.
